Here you will find the agendas and minutes for our monthly meetings.  We will also publish any other documents we may find relevant to the community.

Agendas are useful to find out what will be discussed, and if you find it relevant and want to come along.

Minutes document points discussed and decisions made at a meeting.  Minutes are an opportunity to clearly state what must happen, when the deadline is and who is responsible for that action.
